Test and make any necessary changes to the IVR programs so that no business capability or functionality is lost from the existing system. Analyze existing systems and applications, design and prepare existing systems to be migrated. Configure the upgraded IVR system to communicate to the mainframe via SSL3 at the operating system and the MPS 4.1 application if needed ITSD-DSS currently maintains a Nortel /Avaya MPS-500 system for the Department of Social Services. The system is located in Jefferson City at the HST State Office building. Calls are currently routed using toll-free and local numbers to the Jefferson City office which terminate on the Nortel / Avaya MPS-500 systems. From there, callers can receive information, or have the ability to be transferred to an agent. Scope of Changes – Anticipated changes in project scope, schedule, or budget are to be documented by the contractor by completing an ITSD Project Change Order Document per the PMO Office Template and by submitting said document to the State PM within ten (10) business days from the time the change was identified. The state agency may approve, reject, or request a modification to the Scope Change.
