Excellent analysis and reporting skills, including integration and correlation of complex data sets (DLP alerts, network and database logs), graphing, with trends analysis. Correlating business deliverables with the current and near future optimization tasks based on data analysis. Additional experience if available as below. Understand the capabilities and limitations of Symantec DLP agents. Experience integrating and testing DLP systems with related security tools such as web, email and encryption proxies and gateways. Expertise in developing, implementing testing and tuning DLP rules/policies/reports. Experience preparing DLP test data, conducting, interpreting, and reporting on DLP tests Experience with report generation and report management from various DLP collectors. Desirable: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, Industry certifications such as CISSP/SSCP, GSEC, or GCIH is a plus. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
