Systems Engineers identify any problem in the agency systems, anticipate potential issues and take corrective action as need. Other duties and responsibilities may include: ? CSC user set-up ? Windows and Linux server administration ? Troubleshoot agency systems and telephony issues and root cause analysis System Engineer Skills & Qualifications ? Ability to solve problems in stressful situations ? Strong attention to detail ? Communication Skills ? Ability to explain technical concepts ? Time management The ideal Systems Engineer will have experience with databases, networks, upgrading software, troubleshooting. They will up to date on security protocols and be able to assist users when a suspicious email is received or request for sensitive information.
