The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to invite businesses who specialize in software for Asset Management for the maintenance and inventory of buildings, equipment, and developmental projects to provide information to the agency for review and consideration.
1. Software must possess multi-property capabilities, enabling ESRI-based enhanced centralized management and oversight (including cost tracking, cost projections, and depreciation) of agency assets and maintenance actions/operations across multiple locations and properties within our organization.
2. Must ensure software supports in-house administrative capabilities, allowing our team to efficiently manage user permissions, configure system settings, schedule preventative maintenance, manage work orders, seamlessly share data and information between users, and customize reporting functionalities.
3. Must provide comprehensive support, including training sessions for our staff. Additionally, ongoing technical support services should be readily available post-implementation.
4. Software must be compatible with NDIT requirements with mobile and desktop integration.
5. Agency is open to receiving information on the advantages and benefits of other vendor-developed features not specified or inferred above and relevant to an asset and maintenance management system.
