Job Description : SYSTEM ANALYST – HEALTHRULES COORDINATOR Position Description This position is responsible for providing support and transition of the HealthRules application and related systems as we move from the project to run the business phase. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, escalating issues when appropriate, ensuring timely responses and statuses with respect to the applications overall performance and ability to satisfy business requirements. ·Collaborate within the project team to gather information for transition to support. ·Manage HealthRules releases and refreshes in partnership with the application support team. Document the release strategy for future use. ·Learn the HealthRules solutions and integration points to understand and support requests and incidents. ·Build support documentation library about the application, vendors and integrations based on knowledge gather from the project team and working on incidents and requests. ·Manage tickets with the vendor and maintain status updates between the systems, vendors, business and Information Technology (IT) teams utilizing ServiceNow, Salesforce and Jira. ·Manage and follow change management process for production releases, patches and fixes from the vendor. Coordinator resources amongst vendor, project and IT teams. ·Manage outage communications for production and lower environments in partnership with the application support team. ·Train secondary support team members on the application support team to serve as back-up support. ·Provide Advantasure support and ticket management for HealthRules. ·Other projects and duties as assigned. Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other closely related field preferred; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Required Experience Four years of technical experience with systems analysis and/or design. Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Expertise in the implementation, support and troubleshooting of production environments. Experience with system and application linkages to enterprise monitoring, automation, and dashboards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Experience working with the businesses and IT teams through requirement flow and develop requirements specifications according to standard templates. Preferred Experience Experience with supporting Cloud managed solutions. Knowledge of managing tickets in Service Now, SalesForce, and Jira. Experience with of scheduling tools, preferably UC4/Automic. Technical knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, and system analysis skills.
