This is a well-managed team but they will need 60 to 90 days to ramp up on the development side as this project moves forward into the switch over. Must haves: · Experience working with dashboards · Banking experience would be ideal · Strong risk management mindset · Be able to get into the weeds/details, and not get overwhelmed. · Analytical background will be huge!! Def a must have. · Must be able to dig into the DATA, (does the intent equal execution?), need to know if the data looks good or not. That background would be helpful.
