Responsibilities: * Lead the full SDLC for DW/BI projects and initiatives, including business analysis, project leadership as well as technical design and development leadership. * Provide Informatica Architecture and Troubleshooting support * Perform data architecture duties, including leading OLAP and OLTP modeling efforts. * Lead Oracle and Informatica ETL development efforts. * Hands-on DW development required, not only lead/architect duties. * Perform intensive data analysis on source system databases. Analyze and understand source system database, find required data, and profile the data. * Oracle Performance tuning and troubleshooting * Support BI development with Business Objects XI suite (including Crystal reports, WebI, Xcelsius). Required Skills: * Overall Database experience. * Oracle 9i,10g,11g experience (SQL, PL/SQL, Tuning, DDL, etc.). * Data Modeling experience. * Data Warehousing experience (with at least 3 years as Architect or Lead). * Dimensional Modeling experience * Informatica Powercenter 8.x,9.x experience. * Data Warehouse Architect level experience. * Experience leading a team of 4+ Developers. * Excellent oral and written communication.
