Required Skills: * experience in design, development, modification and testing of databases designed to support Data Warehousing and BI business teams * experience with design, development and support of normalized data structures (commonly referred to as Inmon) * experience developing Data Warehouse databases using Oracle RDBMS platform and tools. * experience with design, development, tuning and support of dimensional/star-schema based data structures including fact tables. * experience with Kimball and Inmon methodologies * experience with the AllFusion Erwin modeling tool, including Model Mart Repository advanced features (e.g. checkin/out, complete compare) * experience in data profiling, data mining and data cleansing * experience in the use of organizational tools & methods (MS Excel, MS Word, MS outlook, VISIO, Clarity) * Experience developing complex sql against normalized as well as dimensional data structures * Experience using oracle SQL*Plus, Toad, Oracle PL/SQL Developer * Experience on an IBM/DB2 platform * Experience in measuring and tuning the performance of Oracle Data Warehouse databases Desired Skills: * Experience working with designers/developers who use the Cognos Business Intelligence tools. * Ability to effectively communicate with business and IT staff * Ability to quickly adapt to changes, enhancements, and new technologies * Exp with the PowerSuite Claims, Policy, and Billing application * Exp with Ohio BWC business model and processes * Exp with property and casualty insurance systems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
