Other applications include the warehouse/stockroom scanner integrations and the Maintenance tracking application. Tasks include but are not limited to: (1) knowledge of SSRS for report creation and modifications; (2) assisting with upgrades and other functional module roll out including extensive testing; (3) level 2 or 3 triage and trouble-shooting; (4) data analysis; (5) other tasks as necessary to support a large customer base. Problem solving skills are a must. Experience with coding, debugging, interfaces, SQL, and data analysis is needed to be successful. Candidate will be expected to adhere to core hours, report work accomplished, be a self-starter, and finish assigned tasks in a timely manner. During the Pandemic the candidate will be expected to use and care for a laptop for remote work. At some future point the candidate will be expected to work on-site at Park Plaza, Boston. Minimum Requirements Include: A Bachelors degree; five or more (5+) years experience in enterprise-level, database driven applications with a relational database such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server as the back end; in-depth knowledge of SQL; experience using a reporting tool such as SSRS; familiarity with MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint; JavaScript and/or C# knowledge is good to have. Candidate must have experience working with end-users: experience triaging and solving help desk calls, successful listening skills, and a professional phone manner. Technical skills considered a plus include hands-on experience with mobile devices. Must have experience working with a variety of people, including successful teamwork and proven ability to teach application materials to users of various technical abilities. Business skills desired include effective communication, analytic abilities, organizational and presentation skills.
