This includes, estimating the time it would take to complete a task, be able to interpret Use cases to work on bug fixes and enhancements, and seek clarification from business analysts on requirements. Mandatory Qualifications: Expert: 84+ months experience in analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team; Maintenance (including production support) enhancement and development work; Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, database design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the the top of his/her field. Minimum of 84+ months experience with writing Java software for an N-tier Java application for data display, system navigation, transactional processing, data persistence, and communications with non-Java systems. Additional Qualifications: 84+ or more months experience developing with the Apache Stuts2 framework in java. 48 or more months experience in EJB 3 development and transaction management programming in a complex, large-scale environment involving the integration of J2EE applications with legacy mainframe environments. 36 or more months of implementing Software Design Patterns in a J2EE Application to solve complex business problems. 48 or more months experience developing SOAP based web services with use of XML, JAXB in a J2EE environment. 36 or more moths experience with the development and use of Hibernate with an Oracle database. 36 or more months experience development using apache maven to build and manage project dependencies. 48 or more months experience in post development documentation.
