This will then be added to program one pagers.  - Create a list of monthly program announcements and track entry into CRM, this includes reconciliation, and compilation of lists of outstanding grants management information for each program each month, for regular catch-up meetings with RD directors. - Input payment data into CRM every Monday totaling around 25-40 payments per week. - Audit contact information to CRM for RD active grant records and add any missing by program. - Help with data migration between IT systems, CRM maintenance and data entry as needed to assist with grants administration. - Complete RD programming updates to all Formstack forms during application and reporting cycles, or as requested.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
