Job Description Administrator: Oracle 11g, Dataguard, SQL, PLSQL

Minimum Qualifications:

· Extensive knowledge of Oracle 11g, Dataguard, Goldengate, and data migration planning and design.

· Must have experience administering/creating Oracle 11g/10g/9i/ on UNIX and/or Linux platforms.

· Experience with High Availability database solutions/architectures such as Veritas Clusters, Oracle Advanced Replication, Oracle Standby Database/DataGuard or Oracle Real Application Clusters.

· Experience with RMAN and major backup packages.

· Excellent SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting skills. Java or pearl experience is desirable.

· Hands-on experience with Oracle performance tuning /Statspack/AWR/ASH/ADDM.

· Data warehousing experience

· Hands on experience with database monitoring tools is required (10g Grid/ 9i OEM).

· Logical & Physical database design experience and data modeling experience is required.

· Experience with DB2 is a plus.
