Candidate will be the main point of contact to conduct all administration related activities on our Salesforce environments. Candidate will be responsible for conducting code migrations between sandbox environments as well as production using our code migration tool. Candidate will be responsible for all production deployments and thus will need to be available to support deployments on weekends as needed. In addition candidate can be asked to assist with the Salesforce development process, which may include writing custom apex code, making configuration changes, managing custom integrations, creating reports and handling support issues. The candidate must exude integrity and trustworthiness as he or she will be responsible for the secure handling sensitive data and proprietary intellectual property. Major Responsibilities Daily administration of Salesforce CRM system including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts Ensuring the integrity and security of our Salesforce environments by conducting system checks on a daily basis Migrating code using our code migration tool and conducting other deployment activities Manage scheduled production deployments on a weekly basis as needed Advance environment management processes by analyzing process bottlenecks and providing recommendations on process improvements On occasion, conduct Salesforce development activities including development of triggers, custom objects, workflows, Visualforce pages, and other development using Apex code. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM Effectively work with technical leads, solution architects, and other development staff to accomplish Salesforce project deliverables Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently Serve as a Salesforce expert resource to others Document solutions Required Knowledge and Skills 3+ years experience in Salesforce administration roles: setting up users, profiles, configuring reports, workflow etc. 3+ years experience in data architecture and data migration 3+ years experience in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes Experience using Salesforce version control, continuous-integration, build automation, and metadata comparison tools Demonstrated personal responsibility, integrity and trustworthiness in previous roles and projects Experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Preferred Knowledge and Skills Experience using Copado as code development tool Experience using Bitbucket as source control repository for Salesforce implementations 5+ years experience with advanced structured programming Experience with defect-management and testing-automation tools (e.g., HP ALM, LoadRunner) Broad understanding of the SFDC ecosystem and technical architectures Financial / Banking industry background Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant, proven work experience Preferred Salesforce Training/Certifications Administration Essentials for New Admins (ADM201) Administration Essentials for Experienced Admins (ADM211) Building Applications with Force.com (DEV401) Programmatic Development using Apex and Visualforce (DEV450) Integrating with For   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
