The Adobe Sign Architect will collaborate directly with Enterprise customers to enable Adobe Sign, assist with customer onboarding, provide operational support, and establish standards for functionality, implementation, and integrations of the Adobe Sign product. The Adobe Sign Architect will work as a member of the Software Services team in the EOTSS IT Service Management organization and will lead the digital transformation from paper-based processing to Adobe Sign. The individual will be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of business uses and integrations with Adobe Sign that are utilized by our customer agencies. Functions of this role also include configuration of Adobe Sign at the Enterprise level, submitting requests for enhancements to Adobe and working with Adobe Pro Services, managing the onboarding and early-stage support for new customers, analyzing customer requirements and aligning to fit, assisting with forms and workflow design, and converting or migrating legacy business processes. Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Define product strategies, architecture, and best practices. • Define the current and future state architecture for the Adobe Sign platform. • Ensure interoperability and scalability across the platform and core system configuration. • Design and implement the processes and configuration standards for the current and future Adobe Sign capabilities. • Perform Adobe Sign implementation tasks, including but not limited to: configuration, integration, custom programming. • Conduct peer review, as required. • Participate in design review sessions with various stakeholders to validate design is as per requirements. • Design and develop reusable components; analyze and reuse such developed components from the repository during the design process. • Understand new Adobe Sign features and unused functionality to drive platform expansion and adoption. • Lead the design of Adobe Sign integrations and work with business partners and technical teams for implementation. • Define and promote business product changes which continuously increase maturity and sustain each level of maturity. • Implement the onboarding of new agencies and users onto the Adobe Sign platform. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Adobe Sign user-facing functions. • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the Adobe Sign product, version upgrades and enhancements, new features, etc. • Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies. • Perform effective online demos during client roll outs. Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum 3-6 years of direct experience as an Adobe Sign Architect, Developer or Admin • Demonstrates an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, and would be able to represent the EOTSS organization in a customer facing (internal and external) situation in a professional manner. • Experience with Enterprise software deployment tools • Familiarity with Adobes three cloud solutions preferred • Experience with one or more of the following preferred: technology/software/SAAS concepts, custom software development processes and methodologies (including running Agile projects), technology project management and governance • Strong executive presence, inc   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
