Experience leading Web Content Management (WCM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technical design and implementation for business, customer marketing & externally facing solutions Strong working knowledge of AEM, WCM and DAM technologies Experience leading small/medium sized teams, including offshore resources Experienced and worked on at least one AEM upgrade and content migration. Experience in setting up AEM authoring and publish instances, configuring dispatcher Experience analyzing, defining, implementing, and operating Content and Asset Lifecycle Management processes. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Experience is configuring Adobe Campaign, Communities and other Adobe products to the AEM instances. In addition, successful AEM architect will also have the following preferred background: Java, J2EE, or .Net Development in Web-centric applications JSP and ASP.Net development experience Working knowledge of Apache Sling and Java Content Repository (JCR) Experience in implementing AEM components and templates in HTL. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development, preferably with HTML5/CSS3 exposure Design and implementation of Object and Component-oriented solutions Experience with Adobe LiveCycle ES 3 or 4 Or Adobe AEM focusing on LiveCycle Designer, LiveCycle Workbench, LiveCycle Admin Console Experience with Adobe Campaign, AEM Forms and Digital Rights Management. Working knowledge of software design patterns and SDLC methodologies Content Management design and implementation experience, including taxonomy, metadata, workflow, and content lifecycle management Application Integration and Middleware (SOA, ESB, Web Services, REST, Apache Sling, WCF) Experience with Adobe Forms and Lifecycle with full Adobe Forms/lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) Experience in migrating from Lifecycle to Adobe Forms. Ability to lead technical design and implementation services Strong oral and written communication skills, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.) Working knowledge in campaign and community in creating templates, working with assets, designing content etc. Able to setup Report Suites in Adobe Analytics and cater custom reports   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
