Job Description Specialist: Design, Architect, Go-Live Support, IT Experience

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain applications using Microsoft .Net technology in support of Open FOIL.
Analyze, design, and configure changes within the system to incorporate with the OPEN FOIL project team from facilitate agency onboarding to the application (which involves a multi-step/multi-week process: Work with BAs, architects and developers to configure and support priority project, working with agency input, application, application training, and release “Go-Live” activities).

Mandatory Qualifications:

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

72 months experience as lead developer of web-based systems using Microsoft .Net Core, Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms and C#, Angular, Node, Bootstrap framework. Development of workflow process using Microsoft ASP.Net (or ASP.Net Core) MVC and design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Web using MVC core and WEB API.
96 months experience as lead developer in developing web-based systems using Microsoft .Net Core, Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms and C#, Angular, Node, bootstrap framework, development of workflow process using Microsoft ASP.Net (or ASP.Net Core) MVC and design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Web using MVC core and WEB API.
96 months experience in .NET programming, design patterns, development and implementation of .NET-C#, .NET Core 3.0 Framework, Entity Framework, microservices, LINQ, Angular (v4 to v11), REST web service, SOAP web service, Visual Studio, IIS, TFS, Postman, XUnit, Swagger
96 months experience in Microsoft/Oracle technologies of a variety of computer languages, create navigation structures and information designs; construct prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to communicate design to business analysts & enterprise architecture team to include developing a graphic design that communicates the ideas being promoted by the requirements
72 months experience performing gap analysis and design solutions to support growing business needs, build and maintain design system/pattern libraries that align with business strategies and objectives, and collaborate with architects, developers, analysts to meet project objectives
96 months experience in developing and supporting JavaScript AJAX and C# .Net applications including JQuery and DOM manipulation.
96 months experience work with software languages: .NET C# /SQL Server/Oracle/jQuery/HTML5/JavaScript/Angular/Boostrap/CSS/C++/ Java/ PHP/ Python/ Scala
96 months experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures and packages and performance tuning in an Oracle database , MSSQL database
72 months experience with Git, well as build systems, writing and using automated test scripts
96 months experience in providing technical support for production software systems. Including debugging customer issues, diagnosing performance issues, review error logs, oversee source code repositories and software configurations
36 months of experience in working with the Windows IIS environment, perform IIS administration support and applications configuration, independently solve common problems and updates applications with new technology
