This position collaborates in the development of master test plans, scheduling testing activities, manages test teams, and coordinates cross-operations risk assessment activities. Additionally, this role coordinates the set-up and configuration of testing environments and works with other test teams to identify and resolve defects. The role provides leadership to technical and business staff members to improve productivity and quality measures associated with the testing process.
