Responsibilities of DevOps: We are looking for an individual who can provide technical support for a complex series of distributed applications. In this position you will diagnose reported problems, determining a root cause in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for monitoring assigned applications, on a daily basis, to proactively find and correct issues. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the applications assigned On call for level 2 technical support for applications assigned Daily monitoring of software application health through a large enterprise Daily monitoring of a large IOT network of devices and proactively detecting potential issues Participate in on going improvement of the code deployment and application monitoring processes and systems Participate in software regression testing to insure ease of deployment and monitoring Requirements for DevOps: Minimum of 5 years of previous Dev-Ops lead experience High school degree or equivalent; bachelors degree in CS, engineering, software engineering, or related field Two years previous experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations Experience troubleshooting problems using system logs, application logs, and application provided dashboards Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL) Bash Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Knowledge of docker and containerization Familiarity Azure administration   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
