The candidate must be able to work in a collaborative environment and is willing to share knowledge and be strong in teaching and facilitating large audiences at any level. ? Topics include Product Ownership, Product Agility: Discovery and Delivery, and Scaling Product, and Agility Product Analytics ? Provide immersive learning that provides concrete experience rooted in products and services. ? Help product managers and product owners understand what opportunities they have to sharpen product development skillsets to ensure the delivery of valuable products and incorporate product feedback back into the delivery process ? Culture and organization change management experience is a plus ? Evaluate a Product Teams operational health (e.g. team dynamics, product development, and agile delivery) in order to identify opportunity for improvements and help these teams mature their practices and more effectively embrace an Agile and Product mindset ? Recognize organizational and team-level challenges and address those with ALL levels of management in a timely fashion ? Change mindsets to adopt a forward thinking learning culture, including collaboration practices, through training and coaching ? Demonstrates experience of a Lean Startup mindset, working iteratively (build, measure, learn, loop) and learning continuously ? Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Qualifications ? Experience using modern ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc.) ? Bias towards action individual who has strong decision making skills, self-motivated, continuous learning with experimentation, accountable ? Deep user empathy and strong user experience skills ? Experienced in product development – problem space toolbox with skills and techniques ? Experience in design thinking or design sprints a plus ?
