Expert at all tiers of the AEM 6.x environment Participate on large-scale AEM projects by providing application development expertise. Write custom components in Java, Coral JS, and Sightly for AEM 6.x Participate in regular project meetings for scrums, design, demos, etc. Continue assisting with diagnosing issues as expertise is needed Ongoing responsibility for project development and support Communicate with end users to help diagnose issues Work with Architects to develop enhancements and/or fixes Provide development leadership, training, mentorship and direction to other team members. Implement and test new or modified services and/or programs. Lead and manage technical research functions. Work independently with end-users and business partners to understand requirements to design and estimate solutions. Handle multiple project assignments concurrently. Develop and maintain a broad theoretical understanding of current and future AEM hardware and software technologies KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3+ years AEM/Java development 3 years of experience with JavaScript and one or more JavaScript frameworks Experience with Continuous Integration concepts and tools Experience with integrating AEM 6.x with external services 2 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM 6.x, implementing 2+ full cycle AEM project work with other teams providing infrastructure support in order to resolve issues. 3 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe CQ 5.x. Solid experience developing with AEM 6.x building blocks including Maven, templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles Knowledge of Java and Sightly language Excellent English oral and written communication skills Comprehensive understanding of complex software and information technology solutions and ability to apply to client needs DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prioritization skills Analytical problem solving skills Business analysis and requirements definition skills Agile development experience Experience with Automated test execution(s)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
