Required and Preferred Skills and Experience • Entry level, typically 0-3 years of experience. • Requires basic knowledge of discipline. • Uses established procedures to solve standard, straight-forward problems. • Has the ability to perform routine assignments based on detailed instructions/past practices. Agreed upon terms: Supplier shall provide the following Engagement Management Services at no cost to ConocoPhillips. • Upskill Software Developers with Mendix training • Work with Company management to provide: o continuing education o resource / capacity management o performance management o retention and continuing improvement programs Supplier shall be accountable for: • Candidates obtaining Mendix Rapid Developer Certification within 3 weeks of selection • Candidates completing Advanced Mendix Developer training within 90 days of onboarding • Conducting Performance Management reviews with candidates at the end 2nd full week, end of 1st full month and quarterly for the duration of Job Assignment • Tracking and reporting monthly Performance Management • Tracking and reporting Retention • Financial Reporting • Status Reporting • Regularly meeting (every 6 weeks) with Company sponsor/key stakeholders • Making recommendations for Program Improvement • Identifying risk and areas of improvement   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
