At least 2 years experience in Requirements and Architectural Decisions. Proven success managing effective relationships with business stakeholders and customers. Demonstrated experience with designing architectures and implementing related solutions. Strong experience with conceptual, logical and physical (relational and dimensional) modeling. Physical model/design on MPP database architectures like Teradata, Netezza and Postgress/Greenplum will be plus. Experience with modeling for Data Warehouse/Data Mart, Master Data Management and Metadata Management processes. Candidate should have strong leadership skills along with the ability to deal with conflict resolution. Will be leading meetings and discussions. Hands on SQL, data staging techniques, metadata tools and data base design including data integration/ETL and BI/reporting tools. Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to translate highly complex technical issues to non-technical audience.
