This team is responsible for maintaining and improving these services coupled with enabling new solutions and offerings through innovated thinking. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for development and maintenance of our toolset to support performance & capacity reporting, CMDB discovery, reporting of data from our range of inventory databases and applications. What is expected of you for success in your role: Primary Functions: oCreate, Maintain and Troubleshoot suite of online reports reflecting internal infrastructure financial funding. oUser of technical writing skills and process review and improvement strategies, look to maintain and document team offerings and functions. Ability to review, propose and implement suggested process improvement opportunities. oGeneral business analytics to gather demand requirements from clients to interact with team development staff to schedule, validate and test upcoming team deployments. Works with the team to maintain accuracy and quality of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data. Development and maintenance of internal Performance and Capacity website. Maintenance of SQL databases used to collect Configuration Items, performance data, system events to meet updates or requests for information from peer IT teams. Working with peer IT teams on maintaining ETL processes. Development of connectivity to databases or applications to pull data for analytics. Other duties and responsibilities as required. Uses subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications. Jointly develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural sensitivities with other accountable parties. Encourages informed Risk-taking and acts as a catalyst for innovation at Cardinal Health; generates practical, sustainable and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources. Proactively develops and maintains technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices; Performs assessments and listens to internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise. Create and maintain related process documentation. Ability to work on multiple large highly visible projects simultaneously. Qualifications 3+ years experience in Application Development and/or Infrastructure Support using a formal methodology process.
