The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Cherwell experience with hands on development and strong Cherwell Rest API Experience. It would be ideal if this individual has performed a few integrations in Cherwell using the REST API. This position is a 6 month contract with likely extensions. Skills - Understanding of how to upgrade a Cherwell system - Has already developed in Cherwell and understands the tool - Strong Cherwell Rest API experience. Even better if this person has actually performed a few integrations in Cherwell using the REST API. - Understanding of how to apply mApps in Cherwell. (we are looking to apply the new Knowledge Management mApp and also the IT Asset mApp to integrate CAM and CSM) - Experience with external connections in Cherwell - Experience with Cherwell Asset Management, CAM (not required but preferred) - Cherwell Report Experience (developing new reports, customizing old, etc) - Cherwell Dashboard Experience (creating new dashboards, widgets, etc) - Cherwell Portal experience (redesign preferably, or making the Cherwell portal more visually appealing and easier to use) - Provide documentation of what they developed, enhanced, configured in Cherwell. Required: - 5-7 years of Cherwell experience (versions 8.2.3 and 9.1, mApps) - 2 references for the Cherwell expertise - Experience integrating Cherwell and hands on API Development experience Interview Process: - Initial interview will be a phone interview followed by a personal interview onsite in Carmel.
