Work with development and testing staff to verify fulfillment of requirements and solution implementation 27. Follow standard change management and configuration policies 28. Work on unstructured tasks 29. Resolve problems identified during build as well as identifying potential problems in advance and proposing solutions 30. Ensure IT adherence to service level agreements regarding infrastructure performance, limitations, and availability. 31. Provide Level-3 support and trouble-shooting to resolve issues impacting infrastructure & application operations. 32. Analyze infrastructure systems performance, collect information, and prepare summary reports 33. Provide input on design and standards 34. Provide guidance and mentor junior staff on corresponding job functions 35. Provide advice to improve performance as related to building out infrastructure on Windows Qualifications/Skill set: 20. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 21. 7 to 10 years of directly related professional experience and possesses deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies. 22. 7 years of experience with enterprise level server design and support 23. 5 years of virtualization experience including both VMware and Microsoft solutions 24. 3 years of experience as a technical lead or architect 25. Deep technical expertise on Windows Server 2008, 2012, Active Directory, DNS, and Exchange 2007/2010 26. Has a strong working knowledge of midrange management tools (VMware, Citrix, Tivoli, NetBackup, and Veritas Storage Management) and application tools (WebSphere, MQ, SQL Server, Oracle). 27. Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals 28. Windows; SAN storage systems; clustering (e.g. VCS, ZFS, LVM); physical server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies. 29. Advanced knowledge in building Windows servers in a virtual ESX VMware environment. 30. Solid working knowledge of storage platforms (EMC, Hitachi, NetApp), networking, telecommunications, and information security 31. Strong experience in the design of enterprise, high-volume, secure systems and data center strategies 32. Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management and stakeholders 33.
