Maintaining all Remedy processes on the server(s) at their peak ability 6. Providing training and documentation on the Remedy User Tool and ShopperTrak customized Remedy system 7. Maintaining knowledge level required to perform responsibilities outlined 8. Actively participating in Remedy User Group Activities that promote and encourage exchange of ideas and knowledge that may be useful to ShopperTrak 9.
