Manage and administer multiple, mature three and four tier Esri ArcGIS Enterprise platforms, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance that meets a wide range of transportation business needs. Design implement and test service-oriented interfaces between enterprise systems that support complex geospatial business workflows. Complete technical documentation on system architecture, geospatial applications, and workflows. Provide technical assistance and knowledge transfer to other IT professionals. Mandatory Qualifications: Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. 84 + months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 96 months of experience – Developing, implementing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing new and existing geospatial applications from the Esri GIS server platforms that support visualization, analysis, mobile, and reporting solutions. 24 months of experience - Designing, installing, managing and administer multi-tier ArcGIS Enterprise environments (including ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Hosting and ArcGIS Data Store) 24 months experience - developing and supporting service-based geo processing interfaces between Esri GIS environments and other applications. 60 months experience - managing spatial data and developing workflows and applications from Esri enterprise spatial databases. 12 months experience - Linear Referencing practices and concepts as they relate to transportation applications.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
