You will collaborate with internal business partners and colleagues to gather requirements for reports and communicate across multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone with experience using a variety of reporting tools for cloud and on-premise applications. Primary Responsibilities Act as an Subject Matter Expert on the Human Capital end-user reports to drive creative and innovative solutions to meet the business reporting needs Develop, test and migrate reports Work with business partners and internal partners to identify reporting needs, sources Develop business requirements and recommend business report delivery related Human Capital projects and initiatives Collaborate closely with the Human Capital Technology team to share methodologies, tools, and practices Establish monitoring methods to ensure ongoing success and planned delivery of reports Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience developing end-user reports Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher Proficiency in OTBI Advanced SQL skills Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to import data, create pivot tables, validate data using v-lookups, etc. Openness to learning new reporting technologies Preferred Qualifications Experience building reporting solutions within business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Domo Ability to create PowerPoint documents Experience with Big Data and/or DOMO HR function knowledge Agile Methodology knowledge Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion knowledge   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
