The contractor shall provide a consultant with at least five (5) years of experience in the development, installation and operation of the KC Scout Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) hardware and software systems; understanding of ITS field infrastructure and fiber optic networks, five (5) years of experience with the MoDOT financial reporting system and Cognos; and a minimum five (5) years project management experience. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Offeror must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Offeror shall provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and what will be included in those reports.
