Skills needed: • Strong knowledge of web programming specifics and experience in building web-based applications (required) • Experience with working with JAVA and WebLogic Applications (Required) • Experience with working with TomEE (Required) • Experience working with relational databases. – Oracle or SQL Server (highly desired) • Experience with converting WebLogic Application to TomEE (highly desired) • Prior experience analyzing and making recommendations for commercially available software or other IT architectural components. • Prior experience in projects where it was required to prioritize work and establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of team members. • Prior experience developing contingency plans as necessary. • Prior experience managing requirement gathering and change management processes Ability to lead team along with guide junior level developers. Execution of all responsibilities with little direct supervision.
