Job Description Architect: Development, Design, Stakeholders, Business Process

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Evaluate design, development, testing, and confirm that results are consistent with the system or business processes.
Analyze and revise flow charts, process models and technical specs describing as-is or to-be IT systems or business processes.
Prepare documents such as presentations, and meeting materials.
Track Project performance to ensure goals are being met.
Identify and facilitate communications with stakeholder groups.
Utilize formal project change process and communicate changes with all stakeholders.
Conduct periodic stakeholder analysis sessions to synchronize expectations, and facilitate lessons learned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
84+ months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Mandatory Qualifications:

84 months of experience in transitioning consumers from Welfare Management System (WMS) to NYS health exchange, or other State based or Federal health exchange - MAGI based eligibility system.
84 months of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 834 transactions generated by NYS health exchange for Medicaid, CHP, and Essential Plan program recipients.
72 months of experience in resolving data discrepancies between the NYS health exchange and other NYS state-based systems, including eMedNY, WMS, KIDS, and OTDA.
84 months experience working on the NYS Affordable Care Act (ACA), or other State-based or Federal health exchange.
84 months of experience with NYS health exchange, or other State- based or Federal health exchange with specific focus on eligibility determination rules and Affordable Care Act (federal) rules.
84 months experience in Information Technology supporting at least 100-million-dollar infrastructure deployments and environments.
24 months of experience in Splunk with at least e-Learning Course Completion Certification for Splunk Fundamental Part-1 and Splunk User Behavior Analytics
