Must have fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques. Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, UI designs, prototypes, finished comps and interaction specifications. Must present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback This position is strongly cross-functional, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams, including Product Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Research, Engineering, and Operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or equivalent years (7+) as a UX/UI Designer. Passion for developing products with awesome user experiences that blend seamlessly with customers work flows for both the first-time user and the sophisticated expert. Proficiency in UX/UI design and prototyping tools, especially Sketch. Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are required. Should be comfortable working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environment. Proven ability to create mock-ups and produce multiple iterations efficiently. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to execute upon them.
