What are some disqualifiers that would cause you to pass on a candidate? * No experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a tech developer; not looking for content creator but a developer level skillset who can work with data, analyze, build journeys using technical constructs as well as integrate with APIs 7. Team culture – Provide a background on the department and team * the two tech roles are part of a newly formed cross-functional marketing team but they will sit within Technology organization where there are existing Marketing Cloud and Salesforce developers supporting the Sales and Marketing Technology portfolio globally. 8.
