This position functions as the single point of contact for requirements gathering, documentation and management for ITISP sourcing efforts. This position is responsible for the capture, collection and translation of business needs into business requirements from all stakeholders. This includes the capture of lessons learned and action items that will be inputs in to the sourcing process. This position will also analyze and report on all sourcing related data to include sourcing metrics, cost analysis, market trends and findings etc. This position will function as technical scribe during critical sourcing meetings, RFP evaluations, negotiations, cross-functional requirements building activities etc. This position will develop and implement processes, policies and tools to manage and ensure consistency in the management of RFP requirements, sourcing documents and stakeholder management across all service towers and promote continuity of operations. This position will also be responsible for the coordination of all sourcing related activities.
