Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects · Reporting to Colleen McArthur, the business systems analyst for the Store Development Business Operations team. The team ultimately rolls up to support the Store Development Support Services Organization for Starbucks. · The team is looking to supplement the existing workload with this CW. Typical Day in the Role · Responsible for data entry, issue resolution, communication and report distribution of information supporting Store Development · Primary contact for all users (global) 78 different countries · Data entry – accuracy and attention to detail · Provides user support and troubleshooting · Ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deliverables / timelines · Coordinates issue resolution with cross functional teams · At this time, there is not a potential for extension, but this could change. · The main focus will be the Site Tracking Report – excel workbooks from each country about new Starbucks locations and project requests · The CW will input the data received into the Starbucks Store Development systems, These workbooks are received on a weekly basis. · The CW will also be receiving site submittal packages, they will look for key metrics and enter info into the store development systems.
