Brief Description Rexnord is looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated Bluemix User Experience Developer with a demonstrated ability to translate product performance requirements and data from IOT smart products into intuitive user experiences within IBM Bluemix applications, websites, mobile applications, etc. This individual is responsible for integrating smart product output into IBMs IOT platform (Bluemix), and creating an intuitive, powerful user experience to easily translate product output into performance insights. He/she will have impact in differentiating Rexnord and optimizing customer operating environments, by utilizing smart products and industry leading technology to solve and avoid customer problems. Key Accountabilities Run workshops to design and develop smart mobile application (IOT) product requirements and performance outputs that generate attainable customer value. Design and develop solutions to integrate smart product data output into data sources and services within IBMs IOT platform (Bluemix). Design and develop great, intuitive user experiences via Bluemix technology to translate smart product output into product performance insight. Support the full software development lifecycle, including the on-boarding of both Rexnord employees and customers Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science 5 years of development / architecture experience 1-2 years of IBM Bluemix experience, preferably within development, integration, Internet of Things, and data and analytics 2-3 years of experience with Agile development methodologies and storyboarding user experiences Experience with eliciting requirements from a cross-functional team of stakeholders and documenting them with standardized methodologies Experience in design thinking, with the ability to guide business users and customers through the process of identifying their needs and determining the user experi   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
