The consultant will work closely with DAS/Procurement Management and staff and will be provided with: a) DAS/Procurement Business Plan (Vision, Mission, Values, Goals & Objectives), b) an overview of our current environment and current technology functionality, c) the results from a LEAN workshop on our sourcing processes, and d) discussion/documentation on our future functionality needs. The IT Business Analyst will then draft our technology requirements to be included in a future Request for Proposal for a more modern e-sourcing technology solution. The IT Business Analyst will also guide DAS/Procurement on an implementation plan. Specific Services Required The IT Business Analyst will be expected to work closely with the DAS Procurement Division Management and staff to produce requirements documentation for inclusion in a Request for Proposal for an e-sourcing system, and recommendations for a project implementation plan for a new system.
