Preferred Qualifications: 84 Months Experience in overseeing development progress on technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented. 84 Months Experience in the design, implementation, and deployment of Java/J2EE web and portal applications using frameworks like JSF, Spring, MyBatis and Hibernate. 84 Months Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of SOAP and Rest services. 60 Months Experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures, and permissions. 60 Months Experience designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption, and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML and Multi factor authentication. 72 Months Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java applications using AngularJS modern Javascript libraries. 48 Months Experience in converting Perl applications to Java applications. 60 Months Experience using version/source control, continuous integration, deployment, and testing. This position requires at least a bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent in a relevant technology field from an accredited institution.
