Description
Position Description

Coordinates additions, changes and deletes on existing configurations per request received from various departments within the organization. The incumbent assists with the planning, implement and documenting of all new installations within the network infrastructure. The Network Fulfillment Analyst 1 also assists with bill verification and tracking of all activities related to a network implementation. The position will also interface with the customer working through issues, driving the client request to completion and ensuring expectations are exceeded.

Specialized knowledge, skills, abilities

Excellent communication skills, well spoken, ability to deal with clients and managers at various levels, work with engineers & vendors. Must be outgoing, self-starter and be able to resolve complex issues with limited supervision or direction. Excellent oral, written, analytical skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical employees. Must be able to work as a team member in a technical project environment. Must be self-motivated and able to think “outside the box.” Knowledge of communication networking, complex multi-protocol routing, and network design.
Knowledge of how the pieces of a program fit together for the purpose of meeting the requirements of an application. Knowledge of Card Services Business Unit, applications, internal teams and clients.

12 month focus: detail project, assignment, client, etc.

Develop and manage project time lines and task lists as necessary for basic client requests.
Under general direction, analyze and determine client conversion requirements and provide conversion specifications
Maintain accurate and complete documentation including client information, parameters and documentation for all client interaction.
Acting as the primary point of contact, facilitate coordination efforts between internal groups and clients to fulfill all basic requests for service.
Interface with 3rd party vendors to resolve escalated issues for a request.
Communicate with Business unit and/or their client disseminating information relevant to the client request.
Coordinate, assist and participate in client consultations before, during and after conversion for both internal groups and clients
Under general direction, coordinate multiple implementation tasks to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements

Competencies/Traits desired

Experience Telecommunications and networking knowledge, strong communication skills(written and oral), ability to manage multiple requests simultaniously, analytical problem solving, self-motivating, business/industry knowledge, client focus. Detail oriented, ability to create documentation, create network diagrams and work instructions.

Required Certifications Education Required
4 year Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
or
Experience Required
5 – 7 years experience Network Service Coordination
