Other knowledge, skills and abilities desired include: 3.3.1 Ability to configure in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Central Component (ECC) and Business Intelligence (BI) modules. 3.3.2 Ability to design and test internet websites, including secure access by external customers. 3.3.3 Ability to perform analysis by researching within the SAP applications and Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) code. 3.3.4 Consulting skills with an ability to analyze the Departments business requirements, needs, objectives, and map them to best practices as embodied in SAP CRM and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Interfaces. 3.3.5 Ability to translate business requirements into specific process improvements along with any/all measurable benefits. 3.3.6 Ability to conduct gap analysis and strategic blueprint development. 3.3.7 Ability to analyze business problems from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective. 3.3.8 Ability to troubleshoot problems within the application and do root cause analysis to implement fixes. 3.3.9 Ability to analyze software application performance and to provide recommendation for improvement. 3.3.10 Ability to review SAP software upgrades and related documentation and provide impact analysis for the implemented processes. 3.3.11 Ability to support implementation of On-line Service System (OSS) notes. 3.3.12 Ability to provide ad-hoc requests for data. 3.3.13 Knowledge of data resource management principles and techniques including data administration, data modeling, entity-relationship modeling, data definition, and data dictionaries. 3.3.14 Knowledge of data oriented business rule administration. 3.3.15 Knowledge of methods of data collection and analysis. 3.3.16 Experience with SAP Middleware with regards of data flow from on SAP component to another. 3.3.17 Ability to understand and perform development testing on related tasks associated with data migration and cleansing. 3.3.18 Ability to identify and resolve data flow and content issues. 3.3.19 Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document work flow and other activities relating to improvement of operational and management practices. 3.3.20 Ability to organize data into logical formats. 3.3.21 Ability to generate briefing papers, issue papers, other management reports, and presentations (i.e., Power-Point), when requir   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
