This Statement of Work (SOW) incorporates by reference the terms and conditions, specifications, and other contract documents of Statewide Contract Number 233. In case of any conflict between this SOW and the Contract, the Contract shall prevail. The Department of Economic and Community Development utilizes Microsofts CRM Dynamics application to manage the various grant programs offered through the agency. This application has been extensively customized over the past several years. The agency now has a need to upgrade the current application from Dynamics 2015 to the latest version, Dynamics 365 and would like to augment current application resources by two (2) additional developers. These resources would support new development efforts as well as work with existing staff to ensure that any existing code migrates to the new environment. It is anticipated that knowledge transfer will occur between the current contract development team to the in-house development team such that at the end of the project agency personnel will be capable of maintaining the application moving forward. Requirements Describe: • Contractors must be proficient in developing code in both the current version of Dynamics CRM 2015 and in the future version, Dynamics CRM 365. • Contractors will be required to perform maintenance on the current version (Dynamics 2015) as the upgrade is performed in parallel. • Contractors will be required to work with in-house development team to correct any code issues that arise due to the upgrades. • Contractors will work with in-house development to reformat the current roles configuration for use in the upgraded versions. • Contractors will be required to develop new code for functionality requested by the various business teams within ECD. • Contractors must be available for 4080 total combined hours over the period of the contract. • Working hours are those normal business hours of the agency, ECD. • Work is to be performed at the main office of the Department of Economic & Community Development.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
