The SelectTN Certified Sites Program was created to evaluate and market Tennessees best industrial properties to site selectors and the companies that will create these jobs. Aerial video is one of the best ways to show a sites characteristics and proximity to amenities. For this reason, TNECD has incorporated a marketing video component for those sites that achieve SelectTN Certification. Scope of Work & Deliverables Promotional Site Explainer Videos for each of the following sites: 1. Powercom Industrial Center 2. Macon-Lafayette Industrial Park 3. Timberlake Industrial Park (Contingent on achieving site certification) 4. Lawrenceburg Industrial Park (Contingent on achieving site certification) 5. Greenfield Pentecost Site (Contingent on achieving site certification) Includes all pre-production, production and post-production editing as outlined below: Script identifying shot list, visual cues and GFX callouts for each certified site ECD will capture custom b-roll aerial footage and photography at each certified site to illustrate site features, including boundaries and infrastructure. Aerial b-roll will be captured at neighboring points of interest including major roads, rail lines, existing employer facilities or spec buildings. Post-production services to modernize the look and feel of certified site videos Editing, cataloging and color-correcting video footage and stills Custom animation styles to update type treatments and introduce TNECDs Mastered in Tennessee brand in tandem with Select TN branding Custom map animation to show its location in TN and proximity to points of interest Custom animation styles to highlight site features boundaries, infrastructure, major roads, etc. Licensing for energetic music bed   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
