SCOPE OF WORK: (Agency Requirements/Tasks, Infrastructure/Environment considerations and Security Requirements) The contractor shall supply at least one resource that has extensive knowledge of Hylands OnBase. This resource shall hold an OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface (OPAPI) certification. The resource(s) shall be available to work with the ECM staff on site as needed. The contractor shall provide support and maintenance for ninety days post production implementation. The web service shall allow the ECM staff to input searchable parameters specific to an OnBase solution. The web service shall receive input and retrieve images and related metadata that pertains to the search results. The web service shall allow the ECM staff to determine the locations of the input and output file(s) and returned images. The contractor shall adhere to all State of Missouri development and security standards and is required to provide documentation as outlined in the Project Approach. This product will be implemented in the Enterprise OnBase environment and shall include production and multiple non-production instances. The contractor shall coordinate product deployments with the ECM staff for all environments. The contractor shall provide source code and supporting documentation to the ECM staff.
