This family coordinates and develops information relating to: Product Allocation, Sales Quotas, Channel/Dealer Inventory and other critical/emerging business operations areas. This family may also coordinate, develop, and/or manage databases and other information tools (e.g., EDI) to achieveSales Operations objectives. This family is intended for Sales Operations positions that are not specifically related to other defined Sales Support, Business Planning, or IM families.Entry: Applies basic foundation of a functions principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Primary Responsibilities Drive the implementation of our Federal Business Relationship to be consumable by systems beginning in the next fiscal year Federal account setup as requested Provide Channel Marketing with any updated documents to be posted on the Portal for the Federal Program Direct account (Tier 1) setup Exhibit clean-up for Tier 1 accounts Assist in guiding our iCSS organization through any partner on boarding issues Data maintenance including but not limited to; program code implementation, inactivation/activation of account, system syncing check-up between HPE systems and Salesforce Training Voucher distribution per policy Assist in contract maintenance for Aruba partners only (legal & regulatory process) Assist with Deal Registration process if necessary UAT Testing upon approval from the NA Aruba Channel Director Ad Hoc project as assigned by NA Aruba Channel Director Systems to be needed: Siebel PRM, SFDC, Portal: Siebel PRM Salesforce SFDC HPE Aruba Partner Portal Overwrite payment terms N/A Pre-Identified Candidate Name (No Value) Pre-Identified Candidate Supplier (No Value) Dress Code Business Casual Work On Site Required Yes Client Interface Required No Overtime Required Yes Language Necessity Need English Skill   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
