This role also coordinates projects for senior management. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: Business Analysis and requirement gathering services Review business requirements and understand business impacts and product related technical requirements. Support Product Owner in writing functional specifications Write user stories for Development to understand technical solutions needed. Support “grooming” sessions with Product Owners and the Team for Product and Sprint Backlogs UAT support Support development resources on the team and research questions as needed with the client. Support UAt and testing of releases as needed Develops documentation, reports and presentations for all levels within the organization including executive leadership. Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop accurate documents. EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of experience in a related field required to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED: Strong communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas. Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). Strong knowledge of Jira Experience pulling and examining data Knowledge of SQL Experience with Data mapping Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels. Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job. Experience executing in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
