The Functional Analyst should have minimum 5 years experience in requirements gathering; preparing business process documents, solution design documents and functional specifications documents; coordinating with development teams to implement interfaces; identifying test scenarios and preparing high level test documents; participating in data migration, cut-over and go-live activities. 4.
