Job Description : Workday Integrations Developer will be responsible for developing best in class integrations with Workday to/from third-party systems using Workday Studio, Connectors and EIBs. Key Responsibilities · Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation · Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment · Monitor and ensure successful completion of integration runs · System Implementation & Adoption · Workday Service & Support Required Experience · 4+ years of Workday integration experience · Technical hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation and Studio · Completed Workday Simple Integrations, Core Connector/DT and Studio training · Proficiency in SOAP and REST -based web services · Experienced in XML, XSLT, WWS (Workday Web Services), RAAS · Manages interface schedules to client SLAs. Defines client interface calendar and inventory, monitors integrations to completion, establishes and supports file transmission automation and supporting documentation · Experience handling production support issues, minor and major defects/enhancements · Understanding SDLC and Agile methodologies · Ability to lead assigned Workday integration projects · Strong presentation and communication skills are required · Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success · Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points · Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans · Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that work · Driven by customer success with a team player attitude · Ability to work at his/her own direction and balance competing priorities and customer needs Nice to Have · Certified in at least one Workday integration technology track: Workday Simple Integrations, Core Connector/DT or Studio · SOA design principles · Exposure to Workday configuration and custom development · Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
