Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment Monitor and ensure successful completion of integration runs System Implementation & Adoption Workday Service & Support Required Critical Skills and Experience: 6+ years of experience with technical implementations of projects Technical hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation and Studio Completed Workday Simple Integrations, Core Connector/DT and Studio training Proficiency in SOAP and REST -based web services Experienced in XML, XSLT, WWS (Workday Web Services), RAAS Manages interface schedules to client SLAs. Defines client interface calendar and inventory, monitors integrations to completion, establishes and supports file transmission automation and supporting documentation Experience handling production support issues, minor and major defects/enhancements Understanding SDLC and Agile methodologies Ability to lead assigned Workday integration projects Strong presentation and communication skills are required Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that work Driven by customer success with a team player attitude Ability to work at his/her own direction and balance competing priorities and customer needs Additional Skills & Knowledge: 4+ years of Workday integration experience Certified in at least one Workday integration technology track: Workday Simple Integrations, Core Connector/DT or Studio SOA design principles desired Exposure to Workday configuration and custom development strongly preferred Desire application development experience with Javascript, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP Experience working with SoapUI or Oxygen XML Editor tools Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies Exposure to TIBCO or other Managed file transfer tools Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
