This position is responsible for defining best practices around enterprise class data platforms and developing core data engineering capabilities. They will manage a team of data engineers responsible for building solutions which are flexible, performant and scalable. The right candidate should have extensive knowledge of large, highly available data environments with an emphasis on quality and reliability. They will be responsible for the continued growth and support of the data warehouse environments, DWH teams business knowledge, and the appropriate application of the organizations policies. Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background to help create and drive the data transformation strategy while providing awareness and champion the adoption of new BI and DW processes and technology. This position reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and will work closely with our Manager of BI and various IT teams.
