Act as resident e-discovery tool expert during the rollout. Provide user training and user-related application support. Assist users as they commence use of the EMC e-discovery tools. Perform e-discovery support including complex document searches and document reviews. Coordinate and implement the use of e-discovery tools. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, paralegals, and technologists about the use of the Source One e-discovery tools. Minimum of three years of direct experience using EMC SourceOne search and e-discovery tools, including web-based archive search, Source One, Discovery Manager, and Kazeon including conducting complex document searches and document reviews. Excellent human relations, communications and analysis skills, planning and organizational proficiency and business judgment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization. Familiar with IT business practices and able to interface and integrate with organization functional areas. Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions. Excellent understanding of legal e-discovery requirements. Excellent understanding of data security and privacy. Ability to manage and deliver on multiple threads within aggressive timelines and shifting priorities. Proficient at office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets and producing simple reports and presentations. Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to work well independently and work well with others. Ability and willingness to take on sometimes repetitive tasks requiring a high level of attention to detail. Desired: Recent experience with an enterprise EMC SourceOne rollout for an organization of over 30,000 employees.
